Although you will most regularly find us working with our clients to create and source beautiful gifts for those that matter most to their business, what you might not realise is that sometimes all that is needed of us is our wrapping and distribution skills, where we give that same care and attention to every element.

Perhaps you had a selection of gifts that you had already planned to give, or are working with a client who would like to give their own product as a gift. You may even like us to support you with sourcing just part of the gift, so  that you can add your own pieces.  We work flexibly around you to provide an end-to-end business gift service that meets your needs. 

When you work with us to wrap and distribute your gifts we provide a fully tailored business gifting service.  From initial critical path management to tracking the gift to its end recipient, we use a ten point plan to ensure your recipients have an amazing gift experience. 

Most recently we have been working with event agencies to provide gift fulfilment services that support live virtual events. Working as their trusted partner to free up their time to focus on what they are good at.

Ten Point Corporate Gift Distribution Plan

  1. Project manage the gift distribution. Advising a critical path for us to receive gift items to pack and despatch for delivery by the required date.

  2. Advise on suitability of certain gifts for certain regions and any potential customs issues.

  3. Agree an appropriate gift wrapping scheme and provide all materials. Maybe you only need an outer mailing box lined with tissue and items packed with shredded paper to still give that premium experience for recipients or maybe you want to increase the luxury rating with a rigid keepsake gift box and hand-tied ribbon. We make sustainable choices where possible to maximise the opportunity to reuse and recycle any materials used.

  4. Quality approve all gift elements upon receipt to check they are the standard you would expect.

  5. All items are packed securely, protecting gifts appropriately, such as extra wrap on any bottles or breakable items, as standard we use mailing bags to protect outer boxes during transit.

  6. Discuss with you any gift cards or literature to be included with the gift.  You can send this to us or we have in-house printing capabilities for everything from a letter from the CEO to a luxury invitation or giftcard.  We think the communication that accompanies the gift will be vital to its success. 

  7. The shipment method chosen is appropriate for the gift - eg does the gift include alcohol or other fragile items.

  8. Manage any last minute changes to either the gift or the recipient list within an agreed tolerance.

  9. The shipments are closely monitored and any delays or issues are pro-actively managed.  We want the gifts to get there on time as much as you do! We will report back to you regularly on progress.

  10. Follow up with you to check all went well and you were happy.
