With Christmas just around the corner we’re getting very excited about this years decoration trends. Here are some that we’ve spotted which are easy to recreate.
Feathers were huge on the autumn cat walk and as most interior trends follow fashion, we think they are going to be huge this season. Feathers have a sense of a spirit and can add character to any design scheme. We’re particularly in love with the peacock feather for its fabulous colours and composition. Peacock feathers also have some strong symbolism for vision, royalty, guidance, patience and kindness, making them a fantastic feather to include in a corporate gift.
If you have another favoured feather you’d like to incorporate in a decoration, get in touch and we’ll see what we can come up with… quick though, christmas trees are starting to go up.
When this month’s Elle Decor came through our door we were buzzing with excitement to see that they agree with us that greenery and eucalyptus in particular is hot this Christmas. Create a classic, calm and relaxing Christmas scheme using the greenery at your fingertips from your garden. We’ve gone one step further and incorporated some faux eucalyptus in a bauble, which can be personalised.

This year has been huge for designers like Abigal Ahern who encapsulates the hot trend of boho luxe. Dark and dramatic interiors using rich deep colours creating drama and interest are everywhere. People have become more confident with their home interiors and embraced the trend. When it comes to Christmas this translates to a more is more approach, with a wide use of textures and metallics, in particular brass is having its moment in the spotlight
