This is a Manhattan at heart, with a few twists to make it our own.
50ml Bourbon (we like Woodford or Bulleit)
10ml Vermouth (we Like Antica Formula)
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
10ml Floral Honey Syrup
Maraschino cherries to garnish (we like Luxado)
Make the Honey syrup by melting equal measures of honey and water together. Allow to cool and store up to a month in a sterilized jar. For depth of flavour use a floral honey (such as lavender).
Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a cocktail glass of your choice. Garnish with two Cherries.
